Delete your BabyMix account

You can delete your BabyMix account and all associated data in two ways.

Option 1 — in the app (fastest)

1. Open BabyMix.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap "Privacy" → "Manage my data" and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and also removes what the app stored on your phone, including the local "My photos" gallery.

Option 2 — from here

If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot open it, send us a request:

• Email: support@som.company, subject "BabyMix account deletion".
• Form: https://babymix-30feb.web.app/delete-account.

To locate your account we need at least one of the following:

• The account identifier shown on the app's Profile screen.
• The Google Play order number (GPA.####-####-####-#####) of any BabyMix purchase, from Google's confirmation email or from https://play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory.
• The Google account address you linked, if you used "Recover my credits".

Without one of those we cannot identify your account: BabyMix runs anonymously and we hold neither your name nor your email, so there is no way to match a request to a specific account. In that case, uninstalling the app removes everything left on the phone, and the server-side data expires by itself: photos within 24 hours, results within 24 hours or 7 days, and the technical job record after 30 days.

What is deleted

• All your input photos and all your results held in our storage.
• All your generations and their technical records.
• Your entire credit balance and its movement history.
• Your subscriptions as recorded in our system.
• Your account: install identifier, Google link if any, country, device integrity verdict and messaging tokens.
• If you do it from the app, also what was stored on your phone: the mixer photos, the selected baby and the local "My photos" gallery.

What is kept, and why

• An irreversible hash of the install identifier, with no readable personal data, which prevents the 3 free welcome credits from being claimed over and over.
• The identifier of purchase events already processed, unlinked from your account, so a replay from Google Play cannot credit the same purchase twice.
• Accounting entries for purchases already made, for as long as tax law requires and by then disassociated from your account.

Timing

From the app, deletion is immediate. By email or form, we respond within a maximum of 30 days, and usually in under 7.

Important

• Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions, or you will keep being charged.
• Unspent credits are lost and are not refunded.
